Three steps. No theatre.

The shortest path from a hard brief to a signed offer. We work retained — one firm, one brief, no race to the bottom.

Step 01 · Brief

Brief

Ninety-minute kickoff with the hiring manager and one stakeholder. We pressure-test the JD, the level, and the comp band against the live market before we open the search.

If the brief is unfillable as written, we say so on day one. Half our retained briefs get reshaped here.

Step 02 · Shortlist

Shortlist

Four to six candidates, each with a one-page write-up: track record against the brief, comp expectation, notice period, and our honest read on fit and risk.

Every candidate is referenced before we present them. No one is forwarded “for your consideration.”

Step 03 · Close

Close

We manage the offer conversation end-to-end — comp negotiation, counter-offer, notice, joining. We stay in touch through the first ninety days.

If the candidate drops in the first six months, we re-run the search at no fee.
