We run retained searches across banking, insurance, and capital markets — risk, compliance, treasury, and credit leadership; product heads for retail and SME lending; and CXO and CXO-1 mandates at NBFCs, private banks, and asset management companies.

BFSI leadership mandates are almost always confidential and time-sensitive — regulators, boards, and existing teams all need to hear about a change at the right moment, not read about it first on LinkedIn.

This practice covers the Director → CXOband — typically ₹18 LPA and above, the seniority floor we work at across every practice. We don't run volume hiring or RPO mandates; if a brief doesn't fit a leadership search, we'll say so and point you to a firm that's a better fit.

We work retained — one firm, one brief, no split mandates and no volume pipeline. Our median time-to-first-shortlist is 9 days, with four to six referenced candidates presented per brief, and an 82% offer-acceptance rate on candidates we present (against an industry average near 58%). Average end-to-end timeline, brief to accepted offer, is 52 days. If a candidate we place leaves in the first six months, we re-run the search at no additional fee. Since January 2026 we've closed 647 placements this way.
