We run retained searches for brand, category, and commercial leadership — category heads and brand directors across D2C and traditional FMCG, retail format heads, e-commerce CXOs, and trade-marketing leadership.
Consumer and retail leadership hiring moves fast and gets crowded with candidates who look right on paper — the harder job is telling apart someone who built a category from someone who inherited one.
This practice covers the Sr. Manager → CXOband — typically ₹18 LPA and above, the seniority floor we work at across every practice. We don't run volume hiring or RPO mandates; if a brief doesn't fit a leadership search, we'll say so and point you to a firm that's a better fit.
We work retained — one firm, one brief, no split mandates and no volume pipeline. Our median time-to-first-shortlist is 9 days, with four to six referenced candidates presented per brief, and an 82% offer-acceptance rate on candidates we present (against an industry average near 58%). Average end-to-end timeline, brief to accepted offer, is 52 days. If a candidate we place leaves in the first six months, we re-run the search at no additional fee. Since January 2026 we've closed 647 placements this way.
