We run retained searches for plant, supply-chain, and P&L leadership — plant heads, operations directors, and supply-chain VPs — plus business-unit heads at auto-ancillary, chemicals, capital-goods, and specialty-materials firms.

Manufacturing leadership searches live or die on plant-floor credibility — a candidate who can talk P&L in the boardroom but has never actually run a shift doesn't survive the first quarter.

This practice covers the GM → CXOband — typically ₹18 LPA and above, the seniority floor we work at across every practice. We don't run volume hiring or RPO mandates; if a brief doesn't fit a leadership search, we'll say so and point you to a firm that's a better fit.

We work retained — one firm, one brief, no split mandates and no volume pipeline. Our median time-to-first-shortlist is 9 days, with four to six referenced candidates presented per brief, and an 82% offer-acceptance rate on candidates we present (against an industry average near 58%). Average end-to-end timeline, brief to accepted offer, is 52 days. If a candidate we place leaves in the first six months, we re-run the search at no additional fee. Since January 2026 we've closed 647 placements this way.
