How we work, in plain terms

How does the replacement guarantee work?

If a candidate we place leaves within the first six months, we re-run the search at no additional fee. That's the guarantee on every retained mandate, no exceptions.

How long does a typical search take?

Our median time-to-first-shortlist is 9 days, with 80% of briefs seeing a shortlist inside 12 days. End-to-end — from brief opened to offer accepted — the average is 52 days, with offer-to-join typically taking a further 42 days.

What seniority and roles do you work on?

Mid-senior and leadership roles only, generally ₹18 LPA and above — from Senior Manager through CXO depending on the practice. We don't run volume hiring or RPO mandates.

Fee structure is mandate-specific — it depends on role seniority, exclusivity, and search complexity. Email ankita@perfecthiringsolution.com with a brief outline and we'll give you a straight answer before you commit to anything.

How do you work with candidates?

We don't run a job board. Send your CV and we'll keep it on file — if a live brief fits your level, function, city, and comp expectation, we'll reach out. If nothing fits within 18 months, you won't hear from us: no newsletter, no mass mailers. We never share your CV with a company without your written consent, and you can ask us to delete your file at any time — we do it the same day.
